Kaden is a 2nd year at American University in Washington DC, studying to receive a BA in Photography and Minor in Graphic Design.

Photography started as wanting to document and share the places he traveled to; now however, he wants to document how people interact with the world around them. As of now, that translates primarily to candid moments of street photography. Within street photography, Kaden focuses on the people within a setting and the small every day moment they are experiencing. Overall, he aims to show how people exist, change, and interact with the world around them.

Other than street photography, Kaden has an interest in liminal-like spaces, primarily, spaces that would be or expected to be full with life. In his project, Urban Suburbia, he uses this interest as a key concept while also including themes of timelessness, memory, and the changing landscape of semi-urban neighborhoods areas.
